Terms & Conditions - the basics

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by Evolutio LLC, the owner of this website and provider of executive coaching services. The T&C establish the legal boundaries governing the activities of visitors while browsing this site, and clients or sponsors who engage with Evolutio’s coaching services.


The purpose of these Terms is to define the legal relationship between site visitors, clients, sponsors, and Evolutio LLC as the service provider. By using this website or engaging in coaching services, you accept these Terms in full.

Scope of Services
Evolutio LLC provides professional executive coaching services, leadership development, assessments, and related resources. Coaching is a developmental process and is not therapy, counseling, legal, or financial advice.


Confidentiality

  • Coaching conversations are confidential.

  • In sponsored engagements, progress updates may be shared with the sponsor only with the client’s knowledge and consent.

  • Exceptions to confidentiality apply only where disclosure is required by law.

Fees & Payment

  • Coaching fees are agreed upon in advance and outlined in a coaching agreement or invoice.

  • Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice may be counted as used.

Assessments & Materials

  • Some coaching engagements may include assessments such as Hogan or 360° Feedback.

  • Reports remain the property of the client or organization as specified in the coaching agreement.

  • All materials, exercises, and resources provided by Evolutio LLC are for personal and organizational use only and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Evolutio LLC provides services in line with professional coaching standards but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching results depend on the commitment of the client and the organization. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolutio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Changes to Services
Evolutio LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, website content, or offerings at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Evolutio LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
